It is late, and time for bed, but wanted to at least get started.

I John 3:3 tells the reader that those who have the hope of the Rapture purify themselves.

The word hope in that passage from the original Greek actually means 'anticipate.'

So the apostle is encouraging believers that anticipating the Rapture is a positive, even an active pursuit which purifies them.

Paul said in I Thessalonians 5:11 that Christians should  comfort and edify, or strengthen, one another with this teaching of the imminent snatching away of all believers beginning with the dead in Messiah first.

To be continued...

  1. Lost again, words sown in pain, arising joy to life again...

Yet not in loss, ne'r fear the gain, for more's the open fields...

Once more the tap and tip goes by, once more to fall in future...

As skyward strains the eye of hope, and sharpening the ear'er...

Shall more be wrought, shall more be taught, shall more be made to lighten...

We know not how a sound shall make, nor how ascent shall beckon...

Revealing moment, hold your prize, and keep us till His Shout...
